Is Piolo Pascual still famous today?

I bought the star studio magazine where Piolo Pascual is the main celebrity feature. I'm a fan of Piolo whether he is gay or straight, I don't care. I like him as an actor. He can probably be a girl for that matter but he is a great actor and I love watching him on screen. The write up is superb but it reads more like a pr write up rather than a write up about Piolo Pascual. I think Star Studio magazine is following the style of the popular YES magazine. What makes YES magazine a hit, it's the way they write. They write from the heart. No press release type of writing. It's a good thing that the write up of Piolo Pascual has his personal pictures. If it was all pr pictures, I will not bother anymore to read the whole article.

Other magazines I bought today are :

2. Ely Buendia for Esquire Magazine - I bought this because I was interested on their article; the Best Restaurants in the Philippines by Erwin Heussaff

3. Rogue Magazine - I'm a fan of Rogue,  I always buy their montly issue. The only issue that I was not able to buy is the KC Concepcion issue. I think they did not launch that in the market.

4. Space Design and Travel - It's a quarterly magazine and I bought it for the artice "Got to love Cebu". It's summertime and I'd like to know more information about Cebu.

Piolo Pascual is still famous. He is an actor and he has talent.

Weird meal size proportions at Fish & Co Restaurant in Trinoma

I had my self imposed rest day today. It has been days where my photo shoot schedule is gruelling. Everyday until 3am. Sometimes, you need to rest and not think about anything. I watched a movie, Extremely Loud but Incredibly Close, a tearjerker movie that is about grieving. After that, I went to the Area Superclub to finalize my reservation for the fashion show this March 28. Went back to Trinoma to buy some things.

Before you know it, it's late nighttime already. While I was on my way to the parking, I thought of eating at Fish & Co Restaurant. It's beside Italliani's and Friday's. They have a perfect location since they are beside the parking area. The menu is quite expensive. Average of about 500 pesos per plate without tax and service charge. It is really expensive. I settled for a baby back ribs. They have 3 sizes, for me ; half rack and full rack. 

I just ordered for me since the price is already 495++ and a glass of coke 55++. The baby back ribs is quite small, very small actually. It's like eating in a carinderia. Small portions. So I ordered again another one and this time, I ordered a half slab. When it was served, I was surpised. It was 2 1/4 slabs. Big proportion. I just wonder, the order for just "me" is quite too small and the price is already 500 pesos while the next order "half slab" at 750 pesos is way to far bigger in proportion. I was not able to finish both slabs so I opted to take away the rest.

The baby back ribs was delicious. That's why I ordered another order. Good thing I got a 20% discount. I have their discount card. You can get one if you are able to purchase 8.000 pesos worth in a single dine in. I had mine because during the Christmas reunions last year, my friends gave me the card since they know I love to eat.

Went home quite relaxed.

It's the last day of the Schoolyear 2011 for Miriam Child Study Center

This is Chelsea. One of the children models for the FABE Fashion Show March 28, 2012

Today is the last day of classes of the Miriam Child Center. Both of my toddlers go there. It's their picnic day. It's official the start of Summer 2012.

Why is it important to have dry floors at the bathroom?

I had a freak accident today. I nearly slid at my bathroom. The floor is usually dry but since the maid has just finished cleaning it, the floor was still wet. I was still sleepy that when I went inside I nearly slipped. I was wearing slippers but still I slid. I nearly had a splitting moment. It's a good thing I went down on the toilet seat. I can just imagine if I didn't. It must have been so painful. Imagine having a full split just like what gymnasts do. With my overweight, I should be very careful with myself at all times.
