Vosarit Issara with Jeremy Renner in a Violent Brawl in Phuket

A violent brawl happened at a bar in Phuket. Vosarit Issara was seriously injured. He's the general manager of Sri Panwa resort. It looks like this is a family corporation. He's only 31 years old. Part of his group is Jeremy Renner who is in Manila now filming the Bourne Legacy. It seems that the actor Jeremy Renner went to Thailand first before going to Manila.

Jeremy was not hurt during the incident. Six of the barmen were arrested.

Jim Saret Workout Tips

I read some helpful exercise routines from Jim Saret.

He was featured on television the other night and he was promoting his 4 minute workout routine.

What I find that I can do at home is this :

20 push ups before you shower in the morning. Doable right?

As what he said that holds true : There’s a difference between NOT KNOWING how to do it, and NOT WANTING to do it. I belong to the latter unfortunately.
