Reasonable Boy's T-Shirts at Bench Kids

I'm still on my Christmas shopping mode. Bench Be Kids store is right beside the Kevin's Playground at SM Megamall. Kevin's playground is where I checked in my kids whenever I visit this mall. It's cheap and they take care of your kids.

I have shopped at this boutique before. They have a nice selection of shirt kids and stuff. The boutique is basically for kids so it's nice to shop. Unlike in their main store where the kids stuff is mixed with the adults so it can get so confusing. Having a boutique just for kids is better.


The downside of this store is the staff. They don't assist and nowhere to be found. I noticed this before but I rather not dampen my mood on this. I have learned to be patient and deal with what's important. And what's important is that I get to shop all the beautiful clothes that this store have.


Average price of the boy's shirts are from 350 to 450. Not bad at all. I remember before, one shirt of mine cost about 10,000 pesos, well that was before kids.
 
Be Bench kids also have cheap trousers. I saw one and it costs about 700 pesos only. I bought jeans at the Guess kids and their price is about 2,000 pesos for one jeans. 

I don't know of any other Bench Kids boutique in other malls. I hope they open one branch in Trinoma.

50's inspired baby dress at Forever 21

I love the details of the sequins on the collar line and the waist band.

I did not expect that Forever 21 carries children's clothes. They have a very limited collection however this white 50's inspired dress captured my attention. The fabric has some silver glitter to it and its waist and shoulder have some sequins on it.

I just loved it.


Price of the dress is 1,225 pesos.


I was going from store to store today at SM Megamall looking for toddler's dresses. I also went to GAP but their children's dresses are quite expensive. The range is from 2,000 to 3,000 pesos. It's quite too much for me unless it's from Debenhams. I'm a super fan of the Debenhams store.

Dainty Pink Dress from Disney Princess at SM

This dress is 1,499.75 pesos.
I particularly was attracted to the sequins. It shines from afar.

It's my Christmas shopping trip at SM Megamall today and I was looking for dresses for my toddler. I already bought a lot of dresses from the brands, Modern Princess and Peppermint, before. I went through their stocks and most of it are still the same.

While browsing at the different segments, I noticed the Disney Princess department. They have beautiful dresses with princesses as the theme. At the center of their display is a nice pink dress with sequins at the bottom. I first noticed this dress at Landmark Trinoma but my baby does not like it. However, i like it. The dress sparkles from afar because of it's sequins. 


I bought one and I hope my baby daughter will like it.


Off to the next store, I'm on a dress hunting mode tonight.

Non Stop Shopping this Christmas 2011 : First Stop Toy Kingdom

It's 3 days before Christmas and all malls are open until 12 midnight. I really enjoy these times since everyone is shopping and you also tend to shop. You like to shop if you see other people shop. 

We went to SM Megamall today. Since, I have a very bad habit of sleeping around 6 to 7 am in the morning, I tend to wake up around 3pm. So off we went to Megamall and arrived around 6 pm. It's a good thing that I have a driver so I have the luxury of time rather than waiting the long lines going up to the parking area.


The first store at Megamall I went to is Toy Kingdom. They transferred to the lower ground floor now and it has a very big space. It occupied the bowling alley before. Yesterday, I spent around 10 thousand pesos for toys and today I was trying to control myself. The Toy Kingdom store is so big that it's an eye candy for kids.


Things that I bought at the Toy Kingdom store.

1. Spiderman Walkie Talkie around 250 pesos.

2. 2 RC cars from the movie Cars 2. It's remote controlled. It's about 699.75 pesos each.
    One Tow Mater and the other one is Finn Mcmissile. My boy is addicted to the Cars movie franchise. So I rather buy toys that he wants rather than buy the other toys which he will never play with.

3. My jumbo house with letters and numbers. Around 800 pesos. This is for my youngest son Dylan, who is quite slow on the letters and numbers. I need to reinforce it at home with this toy. But still I plan to enroll him with a private tutor next month. Ateneo is a very competitive school.

4. A spiderman figurine toy. Around 500 pesos.

While I was paying at the cashier, I noticed that Toy Kingdom has a nice big tote bag. I asked the cashier on what's the promotion with it. She told me that you need to have an accumulated purchase of about 3,000 pesos to avail it. My total purchase is about 2,900 plus so I need only 100 to get the bag. I opted to buy a teddy bear instead. The Toy Kingdom Christmas Teddy Bear. I used to collect teddy bears when I travel. I should also do it locally, teddy bears of different stores. The teddy bear is about 300 pesos.

Finally, I was able to get a nice tote bag.
