Top 5 Pictures Taylor Lautner

I watched the movie Abduction because of Taylor Lautner. I'm not really a fan of him but my first choice of movie is the movie of Anne Curtis but it is sold out already and its monday night. Anne Curtis is really famous in Manila.

Anyway, the movie is nothing about Abduction. Taylor cannot really act but it's more of a "pacute" movie. It's entertaining although it's not believable since the scenes are too good to be true.

If you just want to relax after a stressful day, you can watch this movie. The girl lead is gorgeous by the way.

Abduction is currently showing at Trinoma.

An Ideal Photo Studio Size

I'm in the process of opening my 2nd photo studio and sometimes I do wonder what is the ideal photo studio size.

I usually do portraits and some family shots and my existing studio is quite small considering I have the wardrobe and the make up area.

Based on my own calculations.

A Photo Studio should have :

1. A high ceiling. Preferable 10 to 12 feet. You will need this for your boom stand.

Then for the shooting length

~ 2-3 feet for the background and stands
~ 5-6 feet  for subject separation from background
~ 2' for subject standing or sitting
~ 7-10' for camera-to-subject
~ 3 feet for tripod space, but sometimes i do not use a tripod.
~ 3 feet for the photographer to walk behind camera

That adds up to 22' - 24' length.

Then for Width...
...assuming softbox usage
...assuming the space to accomodate family groups 4-6 people (up to 4 across, so two rows)

~ 6-8 feet laterally for lights, hairlight booms, etc. and space to walk around to adjust
~ 6-8 feet for the subject width

That takes up to 15-20 fee



So basically the ideal space would be 24' x 20' x 12'.

My clients are usually aspiring models who want to have their folios made. Updated pictures are always important in the field of modeling. Clients are always looking for updated pictures.

My male model folios are geared towards emphasizing the male body form. It's usually what the casters are looking for. Female model folios are geared toward fashion, catalogue and swimwear. I also organize regular fashion shows which is usually included in my folio package.
